Five units make up the small resort "Eden Village" which is situated directly by the sea, at a flat rock reef. The flat sandy beach and the town center of Marina di Modica are just a 15 minute walk away.

There are three bungalows, one ground floor apartment and a penthouse.

In this beautiful Mediterranean garden there are olive-, tangerine-, lemon-, carube- and almond trees. In the low season as well as in wintertime the oleander, hibiscus, geraniums and many more are in full bloom. This and the spectacular view of the sea will most certainly get you into a holiday mood.

The ocean, a smooth ledge, adjoin directly to the garden.

You can reach the sandy beach and center of Marina di Modica in only 15 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by car.

While the end of August is the time for our homemade grape gathering, the end of September,in contrast, is the time for picking the olives for the freshly pressed olive oil. Everybody who feel like doing this can join us.
