"Casa Nica" (40 sq. meters), a romantic little cottage, next to the sea, in the midst of wonderful south Italian vegetation, like palm trees, cacti, oleander, hibiscus, etc., offers one bedroom, a living + dining area with kitchen, shower + WC and a large terrace with a view of the sea. Two extra beds are available upon request. Parking space is next to the house.

Rates

1) Baby cot, barbecue, and pets (on request). Loungers, parasols, bicycles, washing machine (on request for a fee).

2) The final cleaning is about 35 euros.

3) On location, there have to be leave a deposit of 100 euros, which will be repayed at the end of the residence.

4) We are pleased to provide you with bedlinen and towels for 1 euro per day and per person.
